You’re still my favourite person! Even after 7 years of marriage and almost 10 years together.
Atradu 10 gadus vecu brūkleņu ievārījuma burciņu. Nesapratu, ko īsti ar to darīt, bet nolēmu, ka kaut kur varētu iecept. Paņēmu standarta keksa recepti un aizvietoju parastos miltus ar auzu miltiem un krējumu + cukuru ar ievārījumu. Kaut ko tik gardu sen neesmu ēdusi!
50. uzdevums! Laikam jau nevaru teikt, ka 50. diena, jo kā jau dzīvē - katru dienu uzdevumus neveicu. Vai nu nebija visam laika vai kāds uzdevums paņēma vairāk laika kā plānots un tā nu šodien esmu tikusi pie savas izdarītā darba sajūtas + man atklājās milzīgi daudz jaunas lietas pašai par sevi...
Esmu nopietni apņēmusies nenogalināt katru zaļo augu, kas ienāk manā mājā. Un pagaidām man izdodas! + gribu zināt visu par dārza darbiem. VISU!!!
Ar to man iet TIK GRŪTI, jo mājās visi esam visu laiku un dienās, kad vīrs ir brīvs no darbiem, loģiski, ka laiku gribas pavadīt kopā. Tad nu, kad nav jāgatavo materiāls koučinga grupai, cenšos darīt lietas sev. Ne vienmēr tās ir vismaz 30 min. tiešām sev, bet cenšos tikt uz šo ciparu...
Mīli sevi nedaudz vairāk. Man šodien tas nozīmē laiks sev uz 5 min., kamēr bērns guļ, lai sev atgādinātu, ka es vēl joprojām esmu es!
Šodienas uzdevums no stoicisma pārstāvjiem nācis. Ir labi reizēm saprast, ka visam pienāk beigas - tas var palīdzēt šodienu, lai cik parastu dienu, saredzēt spilgtākās krāsās.
Ir tik forši sev uzdot jautājumus, kas liek domāt par saviem stiprajiem brīžiem...
Katrs process mums kaut ko var iemācīt par mums pašiem. Nu, tā sakot - viss, kas notiek, notiek uz labu!
Ja man būtu miljons...
